DMCA Policy

1General provisions
Padruchny (hereinafter — the "Site") respects the intellectual property of third parties and complies with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Section 512.
This DMCA Policy describes the procedure for submitting copyright infringement notices and the procedure for handling such notices.
The Site does NOT host, store or distribute video files on its servers. The Site's tools download files directly to the user's device from a URL provided by the user.
2Designated Agent
To receive copyright infringement notices, the Site designates the following person (Designated Agent):

- Response time: within 3–5 business days
3Notice requirements (Takedown Notice)
If you are the rights holder or an authorized representative and believe that your content infringes copyright, send a notice to our Designated Agent.
The notice must include all of the following elements (in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (e.g., the URL provided by the user);
- Your contact details: full legal name, mailing address, phone and email;
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder;
- A statement of accuracy of the information under penalty of perjury;
- A physical or electronic signature (typing your full name counts as an electronic signature).
4Handling procedure
Upon receiving a notice that complies with the requirements, the Site will:
- Verify the notice against DMCA requirements;
- Take action, including removing access to the identified material;
- Notify the user if their information is available;
- Keep a record of the notice in accordance with DMCA requirements.
5Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification.
The counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the removed material;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake;
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district;
- Your contact details and signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, the Site sends a copy to the claimant and may restore access to the material within 10–14 business days.
6Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, the Site adopts a policy of terminating access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
The Site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block access for users in case of repeated valid complaints.
7Liability for false statements
In accordance with Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material infringes copyright may be held liable for damages.
