1General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how the Padruchny website (hereinafter — the "Site") collects, uses and protects user data. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2Personal data operator

The personal data operator is a natural person — the Site owner, Republic of Belarus, carrying out activities with the application of the professional income tax.

Identifying information about the operator (surname, given name, patronymic) is provided to personal data subjects upon their written request in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Personal Data Protection", as well as to authorized state bodies upon their official request.

3What data is collected

3.1 Data on your device (localStorage)

The Site uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) to save the following data:

• Interface language — the language you selected (ru/en)
• Theme — light or dark theme
• Achievements and statistics — number of tool uses, earned badges, amount of data saved
• Operation history — the list of the last 50 processed files (name, size, date)

All this data is stored only on your device and is never sent to a server. Cookies used by analytics services are stored in the browser in accordance with each service's settings.

3.2 Cookies and analytics data

Analytics services used on the Site may place cookies on your device. Analytics is activated only after you give your explicit consent through the cookie banner; before that, no analytics scripts are loaded and no data is transmitted. With your consent, the Site uses:

• Yandex.Metrica — collects anonymized data about visits, page views and interactions with the interface. Includes Webvisor — a session recording technology (mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, form fills) in anonymized form. Yandex.Metrica policy
• Google Analytics — collects anonymized data about user behavior on the site using cookies and Consent Mode v2 technology (data processing only after consent is obtained). Google policy
• Vercel Analytics — web analytics service (Vercel Inc., USA) that collects anonymized data about visits and site performance. Activated only after consent is obtained. Vercel policy

You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time by clearing cookies and localStorage in your browser or by using the "Revoke consent" button in Section 9 of this Policy. See also the "Rights of personal data subjects" section.

4How data is used

• Language and theme — to personalize the interface
• Achievements and statistics — to show progress and keep results between sessions
• Analytics — to understand tool popularity and improve the quality of the service

5Legal basis for processing

Data is processed on the basis of:

• Your explicit consent (for functional and analytics data)
• Performance of the Site Usage Agreement (Terms of Use) for technically necessary data — language and theme, which are stored exclusively on your device (Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Personal Data Protection")

6Legal grounds for processing

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• Interface settings (theme, language) — processing is necessary for the performance of the Site Usage Agreement (Terms of Use) concluded with the user; the data is stored exclusively on your device (localStorage) and is not transferred to the Operator (Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Personal Data Protection");
• Achievements, statistics, operation history — on the basis of your consent (Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Personal Data Protection");
• Analytics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics) — on the basis of your consent (Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Personal Data Protection").

7Retention periods for personal data

• LocalStorage (theme, language) — until the user clears browser data;
• LocalStorage (achievements, history) — until the user withdraws consent or clears browser data;
• Yandex.Metrica cookies — in accordance with the data retention policy of Yandex LLC;
• Google Analytics cookies — in accordance with the data retention policy of Google LLC.

8Disclosure of data to third parties

Data from localStorage is not disclosed to third parties. Cookies and analytics data (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics) are transferred to the respective services in anonymized form and only with your consent. The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) — server logs (IP address, user-agent, visited pages) are processed within the hosting provider's standard logging. For more on transferring data outside the Republic of Belarus, see Section 10.

9Rights of personal data subjects

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Personal Data Protection", you have the right to:

• Receive information regarding the processing of your personal data;
• Request changes to your personal data if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate;
• Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
• Request termination of personal data processing and/or its deletion;
• Receive information about the disclosure of personal data to third parties;
• Appeal the actions (inaction) and decisions of the operator related to personal data processing to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Belarus.

Response timeframes: information regarding the processing of your personal data is provided within 5 (five) business days (Article 11 of the Law); termination of processing and/or deletion of personal data is carried out within 15 (fifteen) days (Article 13 of the Law).

You can also withdraw your consent to functional and analytics data with a single click. After withdrawal, the cookie banner will appear again, and optional processing will be stopped:

10Cross-border transfer of personal data

With your consent to analytics, data may be transferred to the following third parties located outside the Republic of Belarus:

• Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russian Federation) — the country provides an adequate level of personal data protection;
• Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — the country may not provide an adequate level of personal data protection. Transfer is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent;
• Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) — hosting of the Site and the Vercel Analytics service. The country may not provide an adequate level of personal data protection. Transfer within Vercel Analytics is carried out only on the basis of your explicit consent; hosting server logs are processed to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the Site.

11Security measures

All files you upload for processing never leave your device. Processing happens entirely in the browser using WebAssembly technology. The Site runs over HTTPS, which protects transmitted data from interception.
