1General provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern the use of the Padruchny website (hereinafter — the "Site").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree — do not use the Site.

The Site owner is a natural person, Republic of Belarus. Contact email: hello@padruchny.com.

The Site provides free online tools for working with files, images, audio, video and text.

2Description of the service

All Site tools work entirely in the user's browser. Files you upload for processing never leave your device.

The Site does not store, transmit or process your files on a server.

The tools are provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied.

The Site owner does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the tools or the absence of errors.

3Prohibited use

When using the Site, you must not:

• Violate the copyright and related rights of third parties;
• Use the "Video Downloader" tool to download video files protected by copyright without the permission of the rights holder;
• Upload or process illegal content;
• Attempt to hack, decompile or reverse engineer the Site;
• Use the Site to distribute malicious software;
• Carry out automated data collection (scraping, parsing) without the written permission of the owner.

4Intellectual property

The source code of the Site is distributed under the MIT license.

The name "Padruchny", the logo and the design of the Site are the intellectual property of the owner.

Content created by users with the Site's tools belongs to the respective users.

5Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available".

The Site owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

The Site owner does not guarantee that the results of the tools will meet the user's expectations.

6Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of the Site owner is limited to 10 (ten) base amounts established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus as of the date the claim arises.

This limitation does not apply in cases of harm to life or health, or in cases provided for by law.

7Links to third-party resources

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Site owner is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such websites.

8Termination of access

The Site owner may restrict or terminate access to the Site for users who violate these Terms.

In the event of repeated copyright infringement complaints, the owner may permanently block the infringer's access.

9Copyright notices (DMCA)

If you believe your content is used on the Site in a way that infringes copyright, send a notice to dmca@padruchny.com with the subject line "DMCA".

The notice must include: identification of the work, identification of the infringing material, your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury.

10Changes to the Terms

The Site owner may amend these Terms at any time.

Amendments take effect 14 (fourteen) calendar days after publication on the Site.

Continued use of the Site after the amendments take effect means you accept them.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

All disputes are subject to consideration in the court at the Site owner's location in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
