How to create a compact PDF report from photos and documents

Reading time: 1 min

How to combine photos and documents into one compact PDF report for sending to a client or organization. Free, no software installation.

Reports, estimates or document packages for a client often need to be assembled from scattered files — several photos (e.g., receipts or work progress shots) and ready PDFs — into one tidy file.

Step 1: prepare photos

If the report includes photos, compress them first with Image Compressor — phone originals are often several megabytes each, and a dozen such photos will make the final PDF too large for an email attachment.

Step 2: merge into one PDF

PDF Merger combines multiple PDF files (and images converted to PDF pages) into a single document in the right order — no need to open Word or install PDF editing software.

Practical example

A contractor documents renovation stages on their phone → compresses photos → merges them with the estimate in PDF Merger → sends the client one file instead of ten separate attachments.

Important: all files are processed in the browser and never sent to a server — safe for confidential images.
